Finally party night is approaching and it really is an event NOT TO BE MISSED!
Highlights include presentation of annual awards for achievements across the swimming year, disco, games, swimmers’ quiz (by 2 of our swimmers), spot prizes(don’t lose your ticket!), raffle with very generous prize donations from local businesses: Mad Dog sports, Tiffin Tea Room, Flower Scene, Hair Matters, Hopology, Living HQ, Heidi’s, Bay Tree Gift Shop, Lady Bay Fish and Chip Shop, David Lloyd, Victoria Shopping Centre, Gertrude Road Riding Stables, Brompton’s Butcher and Delicatessan, Style City T-Shirts, Inspirations, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Notts County Football Club and Nottingham Kayak Club. Time: 7.00pm for a prompt start to presentations at 7.30pm
Tickets: £2.50 in advance, £3.00 on the door.
Food is a bring-and-share buffet dependent on the letter your surname begins with: A-I crisps/savoury snacks; J-R sandwiches; S-Z cakes/biscuits.
As always we will need helpers before, during and after to help with jobs such as setting up and clearing away, arranging the food, selling tickets and raffle tickets, etc. We really appreciated all the offers of help for the Club Champs which made everything run so smoothly so if you feel you can help please let Sue know via [email protected]
