ORDER OF EVENTS
5.25pm – SMILE! Club photo of all Portland swimmers, so make sure you get to the Uni Pool a few minutes early.
5.30pm to 8.00pm – Lots of swimming!
- 11 & Unders: 200m Freestyle & 100m IM
- 12 & Overs: 100m Breaststroke, 100m Backstroke & 200m Freestyle
8.00pm – quick trip down the road to Trent Youth Centre (Unit 1 Easter Park, Lenton Lane, Nottingham, NG7 2PX) for the Medals Presentation, `Bring Your Own’ Supper, fun activities: table tennis, pool, table football & climbing wall!
MEDALS
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in each age group with separate awards for boys and girls.
PRICES
GALA
Swimmer Entry Fee – £5 per swimmer. This must be pre-paid: when you hand in your entry form (as soon as possible please, but by 11 June at the latest).
Adult Spectators – £2.50 (Pay on the door).
Child Spectators – FREE.
MEDAL PRESENTATION
£2.50 on the door for anyone attending the evening only.

SWIMMERS – HOW TO ENTER
Gala Entry Forms (with payment) will be collected at training sessions from Wednesday 28th May to Wednesday 11th June.
