Returning for the second weekend of the County Championships (28th February & 1st March) were Dahlia Brinklow, Emma Horne, Rebecca Horne and Andrew de Boer; joining them were Gaby Marriott, Esther Simmons and Chloe Matthews.
Everyone swam hard, but notables were Gaby, who achieved a PB on Saturday by going under 35 seconds(!) in 50m butterfly, placing her 4th in the 11/12 years age group, then returned the following day to swim another PB in 50m backstroke; and Andrew who, after swimming for Portland for so many years still regularly gets PBs, this time in 50m breaststroke on Sunday. Fabulous.
