Welfare Officer
email: [email protected]
The Welfare Officer is there for all swimmers under 18. If you are a swimmer and are worried about something relating to yourself or another swimmer, how you are being treated by others or something that is making you unhappy, you can speak to your Club Welfare Officer at the pool (see the Club noticeboard) or email her.
Likewise, if you are a parent and you have a question or concern regarding child welfare, please inform the Club Welfare Officer.
Alternatively there is a dedicated helpline for anyone wishing to raise a safeguarding or welfare concern directly to the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association), called Swimline – telephone number 0808 100 4001. Details can also be found on the Club noticeboard.
