We need somebody to coordinate training for coaches and poolside assistants. Also perhaps safeguarding courses.
They will take requests from the committee to find courses for swimmers and coaches. Then find out when a convenient course is going to be run, and help to enrol the person onto that course and to claim any vouchers from the ASA.
