Volunteering to help the club

A couple of people to coordinate people who take the register.  One for each squad.   They would explain to each new register taker what is expected, using the instructions

Somebody to help Jo Boydell to organise teams for the Saturday evening league galas. The head coach chooses teams for each gala but needs help to send invitations and receive

Somebody to keep in regular contact with Quackers, David Lloyd, Virgin Active and other local swim schools.  To remind these schools that trials are available at Portland SC.

We need somebody to coordinate training for coaches and poolside assistants.  Also perhaps safeguarding courses. They will take requests from the committee to find courses for swimmers and coaches.
