You can buy tickets at training sessions until Thursday 27th November.
Here’s a reminder of the details:
- Date: Friday 28th November
- Time: 7pm for prompt start of presentation at 7.30 pm
- Venue: Edwalton Golf Club
- Entry: Tickets, £2.50 in advance, £3.00 on the door
- Food: Bring-a-buffet!
Our Annual Awards and Party Night is a great event that rewards our fabulous swimmers with a party to remember.
The evening kicks off with a presentation of trophies and certificates and includes disco, games, prizes and raffle with very generous prize donations from local businesses: Connaughts, David Lloyd, Flower Scene, Honest Inks, Hopology, Mad Dog Sports, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Real Hairdressing, Rectory Fish Bar, Roko, Signature, Sweatshop and Virgin Active. Also, not forgetting and thanks always to our long term sponsors Machin & Toplass and Pest Express.
If you are attending, please bring food to donate to the buffet as follows:
- Surnames beginning A – I, please bring cakes/biscuits
- Surnames beginning J – R, please bring sandwiches/savouries
- Surnames beginning with S – Z, please bring snacks/crisps
