Notts ASA Winter Gala & Ripley Rascals
The weekend of 18th and 19th January was a busy one for some of our swimmers, representing Portland at the Ripley Rascals Open Meet and/or the Notts ASA Winter Gala.
Well done Emma, Rebecca, Michael, Gaby, Briony, Isabelle, Olivia, Jaime, Dahlia, Grace, Maddie, Mia and Raj.
There were several new times, PBs and County Championship qualifying times too which really shows how the swimmers’ hard work is paying off as they attempt new events or make such great progress in the ‘old’ events.
New Times for: Gaby (200m IM), Briony (50m fly), Grace (100m free & 50m back), Maddie (100m free), Mia (200m IM).
PBs for Gaby (50m back), Briony (50m back, 50m free, 50m breaststroke), Olivia (200m back & 50m fly), Jaime (50m back, 200m back, 50m free & 100m free), Grace (200m free), Maddie (50m free), Raj (200m free, 50m free & 50m back).
County Times for: Isabelle (200m back) and Dahlia (100m free).
